Punch Press Stamping is the various press forming operations in coining, embossing, blanking, and pressing strip, sheet, or coil material between stamping dies. At low manufacturing costs, these machines can process metals and plastics in high volumes.

Loyal Manufacturing Corporation’s Punch Press Service has provided its customer’s with precision metal stampings since 1975. Utilizing air-clutch & mechanical OBI presses, Loyal Manufacturing can provide high volume, repeatable products. Our presses range from 10-ton up to 113-ton and we have an assortment of uni-punches, cut-off and radius dies in inventory. We can produce products from customer supplied tooling (bed sizes up to 19” x 38”) or can manufacture customer specific tooling as required. These presses can be fed manually with strip, bar, or angle or pneumatically (Rapid Air FX6 & FX12 air feeds) with coil up to 8” in width. Our dedicated and experienced employees strive for “Total Customer Satisfaction” and “On Time Shipping” in every part produced. Over the years many types of material have been stamped such as carbon (mild) steel, coated carbon steel, aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, & plastic (including printed circuit boards). Refer to the “Materials Processed” section of this page for specific materials/grades.

Following completion of all customer parts, each process is analyzed to insure maximum efficiency in our manufacturing methods. Whether we are supporting the development of a unique prototype, small runs or large runs, we have the experience to suit most any need. Our goal is to find the most efficient solutions possible to maximize the value of the products supplied to our customers.
